Freight forwarding means a set of transportation services rendered by a transport company which envisages the complete cargo escorting from the inception of the transportation until the delivery to the destination point. Such a service may be carried out either on a door-to-door basis or from point A to point B (DAP/DAP), including the payment of the railway rate, provision of sea and automobile freight and transshipment of cargoes in ports and terminals, or based on the multimodal transportation, subject to the commercial requirements of the Customer.
